Great hotel with great amenities like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a cozy lounge area for snacks. The staff even helped me with local food delivery on my first stay. Coming back for the new year!

Had delightful stay for the holidays, the staff were exceptional, location was stunning to the Museum of Modern Art. The breakfasts were lovely and delightful, always with a wide array of meals. The property was right in the heart of the city😃🙂

All the employees were consistently courteous and outstandingly accommodating. The room was updated and spotless with a storage, free WiFi, and a lounge.

The staff provided excellent service, especially the helpful porters and warm reception team. The beautiful queen room was spacious and immaculate. Being close to major attractions made exploring so easy. The club room was a serene spot to unwind after a busy day.

No restaurant although goods ones right across the street.

Spacious room, great atmosphere, with convenient amenities like a lovely guest lounge offering coffee and snacks 24/7 and a fantastic location just a short drive from LaGuardia.

Nice hotel with very friendly people. If you like upper 5th avenue (very chic with expensive shops) and Central parc it is a perfect location for you. Also the metro is very near to go everywhere in Manhattan. As a tourist probably a hotel in the south of Manhattan is preferable in terms of location. The hotel itself is very nice, very clean, quite confortable and very chic. It is true that the whine and biscuits in the afternoon are a real plus. So I can fully recommend the hotel

First time in ny, so probably everywhere the same but you cannot really easily get fresh air in the room, our room was quite dark and also relatively noisy as in front is the street (we then changed) and in the back are the air conditioners outside with a lot of noise too (now we did not change any more :-))

First and foremost the staff at the Front Desk. All very helpful, friendly, and available. Rich in particular went the extra mile. Then the location, excellent indeed, at one stone throw of everything. Finally, the room we were assigned, from the second day onward, with a little terrace on the 14th floor, which was much better than the one we were originally given upon our arrival which was just about ok. Breakfast in the morning was excellent and again people very friendly, feeling home.

Rooms looking at the back are noisy, not for the traffic but for the conditioning machine. Rooms in the front looking at 54th street are better, and noise is minimal. The bathrooms need to be restructured making them more modern.

I just had an amazing stay where I enjoyed the cozy room and the impressive breakfast selection with pastries and yogurts. The complimentary snacks throughout the day were a great touch, too! I would totally come back for that experience.

The staff were very attentive and helpful. The food was excellent. There was coffee and tea available almost 24 hours as well as fruit and biscuit. Early evening was nibbles wine and champagne. The room was not too small and smartly furnished. All in all a lovely experience.
